[QGIS-Developer] Where do we sit with respect to release?

Hi Olivier

Thanks for your suggestion - we discussed this at the PSC meeting on Monday night and Paolo Cavallini  is going to be putting together a resource page for plugins developers and then putting out a call for them to start their plugin migration work.
