I just didn't have anything new to add.  Everything has been broadly discussed
already and led to the decision to stay with redmine.

Huh?  Tickets and PRs are just different things and that we aren't free to fix
that (eg. by using different notation for issues and PRs or by renumbering
tickets & PRs) is a argument against github to me.  But I think that's nothing
new either.
