[QGIS-Developer] Get rid of Processing scripts in favour of plain alogrithms

Cool! Probably it wasn't clear my suggestion, but that's exactly what I
meant: keep "scripts" but get rid of the special syntax and implement
QgsProcessingAlgorithm subclasses.
