[QGIS-Developer] Qgis 3.0 plugin dependencies status

Guys,

Unfortunately all I can do now is to book the necessary time this autumn. First I have to 
address a few bugfixes in my badly limited time for QGIS.
If nobody makes the QEP before, I'll come back to it after the summer.
