[QGIS-Developer] Improving WFS paging and max number of features implementation

Hi QGIS devs,

I've created a ticket about improving how WFS paging and max features is implemented in the UI https://issues.qgis.org/issues/18935 It'd be good to get some sort of consensus on an implementation so please comment on the ticket if you have any good ideas.
