[QGIS-Developer] Windows only version of a QGIS 2.18x plugin

Hi Axel,

There is the possibility to run continuous integration on various
platforms on travis-ci and there are other continuous integration
services as well. But I don't think you have the possibility to manually
click through the user interface there and really need to setup unit /
integration tests.
