[QGIS-Developer] QGIS server deployment

Hi Walter,

We, at 3Liz, use the 3) with supervisord and the number of process is 
based on the number of preocessors.

But we also used for QGIS3 a 4th way, a python server based on tronado: 
https://github.com/3liz/py-qgis-server
