[QGIS-Developer] Question about debian packages version policy on https://qgis.org/

Hi all,

On https://www.qgis.org <https://www.qgis.org/> it is said that the version available on https://qgis.org/debian <https://qgis.org/debian> is the 3.6.x but actually only the 3.4.4 is the latest  available on debian stretch. 

The 3.6.x is available only on 'buster' which is the next debian release.   

Is that on purpose ?

Furthemore, the ltr has been updated to 3.4.5 but the 3.4.5  has not been made available as 'release' (i.e  available on https://qgis.org/debian <https://qgis.org/debian>), is there a reason for that ?
