[QGIS-Developer] About shows I'm running PROJ Aug 1st 2020

Wanting to show my versions list to somebody, I saw that today (27th of july), I apparently am running a Proj 7.1.0 which is released "in the future": August 1st, 2020 :-)

Where does this come from? Is this QGIS issue? Or an OS (Debian) metadata hickup?
