[QGIS-Developer] Getting changelog ready for 3.14

Hi everyone,
I have seen changelogs and they seem to me to be few,
I extracted all the features from the repository using this filter:
is: pr is: closed label: feature merged: 2020-02-22T00: 00:
00Z..2020-05-15T12: 00: 00Z

and there are 130:
