[QGIS-Developer] QGIS python programming

Hi,

The responses I have had from previous questions on here have been really helpful, thank you.

As part of our GIS workflow, we acquire images and PDFs that are linked to a GIS record that currently resides in QGIS. We would like to look at options that allow us to create a plugin to QGIS that uploads the files to a cloud storage (possibly Amazon S3 – any recommendation you have here would be great) and creates the weblink to the file as a link within the QGIS record.

As a company we are not familiar with programming and are happy to buy support to help with creating a link within QGIS using Python, if anyone has or knows someone with any knowledge or experience in this area at all?
