[QGIS-Developer] Developer wanted for Feature Request: Set preferred angle units for symbol styles

Hi all,

I've put a feature request issue 2 month ago "Set preferred angle units 
for symbol styles #41099" (https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/issues/41099). 
The issue comes from one of our customers and now they are willing to 
pay for the feature. Is there anybody who wants to and can do the 
implementation of that feature? If yes, we first need a rough estimation 
of the costs. Please contact me for further information.
