As usual, thanks to the devs and changelog writers. And thank you for taking care of this "last" step.

Yes, lgtm. Thanks. Could be nice that is integrated in original files/sources (changelog repo?) and we do not have to care of this at this step of the publishing.

I also created on docs side a release_3.22 branch to allow master still target code's master and people willing to address the new 3.24 features can do (though I really would like them prioritize old reports). It's not exposed in docs.qgis.org but we could do it without translating yet ( I think this is how we proceeded with 3.16). We need the 3.22 PyQGIS Api to be online first (@Denis? Thanks).
We'd also need some redirection and bottom frame updates in _all_ docs releases as well as in the website's doc page. Could we jitsi next week, Richard? Thanks.
