[QGIS-Developer] MetaSearch Pull Request update

Hi devs: hope everything is well with everyone.  Gentle callout for
review/approval
of [1], which enhances MetaSearch to support the evolving OGC API - Records
catalogue standard.  As noted in the PR, I will update the documentation
accordingly
once this PR merged (or, if it's preferred, the docs PR can be
developed/issued in
parallel).

Happy to cover any issues on the PR.
