[QGIS-Developer] Plugin Developers Who Don't Want to Add Capabilities - Go2NextFeature

What about adding just 1 line to the plugin, for firing a signal that 
you can catch in another plugin/tool that will take the snapshot? They 
might agree on that, cause nobody will notice it.
