[QGIS-Developer] Troubling compiling QGIS

1. I had successfully generated the MSVC 2019 solution by changing
CMAKEGEN from Ninja to Visual Studio 16 2019.
2. My configonly.bat result is as below:

3. While loading the solution in MSVC 2019, it shows 9 *providers unloaded*.
