[Qgis-psc] Releasing 2.0

Hi,

that sounds reasonable to me, too We should wait with the release a
bit longer and have the new vector api included, but also well tested in
2.0 then.

I also wonder, if it would make sense to push 2.0 even a little further into
the future and have a 1.9 release after merging the new_vector_api branch
in spring first. Then let people test and have a 'as stable as possible' 2.0
release after that (in summer).

But maybe this is too late for other reasons? Anyway this would mean, people
have to wait longer for an official release. But maybe they can work
witht and test the nghtly build until then?

Regards
Otto
