[Qgis-psc] Funding for specific tasks

Hi all.
During the lates HF, we agreed funding specific activities (bugfixing,
ticket management, etc.) is something we really need now.
This would possibly require the establishment of QGIS as a legal entity.
Do we have any roadmap on how to proceed?
