[Qgis-psc] QGIS Board Chairman Election Results

Hi Tim,

Congrats to your election as chair. Looking forward to work with you on 
the new board!

I would, nevertheless, suggest to have a separate voting for the 
co-chair. Not that I don't want Paolo as co-chair. But given that Tim  
is selected two times as co-chair and other candidates show up as chair, 
there may be a different result if the co-chair is defined in a separate 
voting. Just to stay correct and transparent ;-)

Sorry that I haven't thought about this issue in the first run.
