[Qgis-psc] QGIS documentation contract with Larissa through GBD-Consult (Otto)

Hi

A huge +1 from me to support Lariissa’s work. I would love to see QGIS.org eventually take on full time documentation writer’s as professional staff….lets start thinking bigger!
