[Qgis-psc] [QGIS-Developer] QGIS budget 2023 RFC

Hi all,

I think there might be a "misunderstanding" of "hourly rate" (documenter vs
developer) communicated vs "overall budget" (documenter vs sysadmin).

The "hourly rate" for a documenter was indeed communicated to be
substantially lower (44 €) than the rate of a developer (110 €) - both
values for the year 2022, while Tim probably was referring to the overall
budget of a documenter vs a sysadmin (also to be higher) for 2023, where
the overall budget of the documenter is substantially higher than the
budget for a sysadmin. But Tim probably wasn't comparing documentors vs.
developers.

Tomorrow evening at 5pm (CET) there is the next PSC meeting. We can invite
people interested in the discussion around hiring, wages, social justice,
etc. to the meeting, so they can raise their concerns in person and bring
in their ideas and contributions. Of course we want this to be a
