[Qgis-psc] Is updating of the MacOS version planned?

FWIW, for the official macOS app bundle for GRASS, we use conda for
dependencies [1]. There is plenty of room for improving this app package
as a whole, but the reliability of the dependencies is high and the maintenance
is really low (mainly bumping the versions once in a while).
