[Qgis-tr] Could I change the tex file in english_us/user_guide directly while translating

Hi Elvis,

fine, I will add a translation branch for you today. I also asked Tim to
grant svn access for you. It will probably be available soon, too. 

We could add some Makefile parameters to be able to switch between pdflatex
and xetex.
