Hi Translators!

So just the necessary news brought to you directly from the hackfest
in Lyon..
There have been discussions about the release-cycle of QGIS
Here are the necessary facts for translators:

We will stick closely to master -> meaning that there is no need to
look after 1.7.x 1.8.x ... and all those other different branches..

- From now on just try to stick as closely as possible to the master
branch. Try to keep up with the changes .. request a string update as
soon as you think you have a need for it.

We'll sort out a lot of things and probably 1.8 will look like a lot
different than we assumed it to have half a year ago when the branch
was branched out of master ..

I hope is in our all interest to ease life as much as possible .. and
only have to stick to master would ease that a lot (also for me).

The second part I would like to ask .. If you will have a closer look
to master there is a new Translators dialog in the Help -> About Box ..

I would like to make the name of each Translation Teamleader clickable
to directly get in contact with the Teamleader. That I think would
open the way for directly reporting typos and other things in QGIS to
get fixed in translations.
Do you all think it will be a good idea or are you thinking that would
not change a lot?
And - very important .. are you all ok with it to have your email
inside the About box?

Thanks a lot for being a part of QGIS bringing so many languages into it.
Hope to hear from you soon ..

kind regards
Werner
