[Qgis-tr] Hackfest

Dear Werner,

I got so far very few feedback about the Hungarian translation, much less 
than the number of translating/typo errors I made :). So I agree to put 
the email address in the About Box, hoping to get more feedback.
About my name in the About Box, in Hungary we use opposit order, so my 
first name is Zoltan and my family name is Siki. As the English order is 
used please change to Zoltan Siki.
