[Qgis-tr] processing translations of docs

Hello Richard,

Sorry, I have missed the first message. Anyway, Portuguese (pt-PT) has no
translated strings for Sextante or Processing. So, there is no danger of
loosing any translations for us.

Also, we should get brasilian translation coordinator for (pt_BR), as I'm
not very confortable reviewing brasilian portuguese texts.
