[Qgis-tr] branching documentation 2.8 site today

To All,

today after adding the last updated screenshots I will branch the master
branch of documentation to 2.8

then I will pull current translations from transifex into it

create new strings/merge and push to transifex

create a new page so
http://docs.qgis.org/2.8/ will be latest version

update site

etc etc

so please do not translate anything from documentation in transifex
today or you might loose it because of the timeslot I need to do all this

I'll let you know when all is finished
