[Qgis-tr] QGIS Desktop Not Showing in Transifex Search Result

Hi,

We have the translation guidelines (
https://docs.qgis.org/testing/en/docs/documentation_guidelines/do_translations.html)
that is a mix of many things, trying to keep old structure and changing
things. Well, It might require a fresh look. Also there was a plan to add
more screenshots but still not done.

If you don't take the Official docs route, maybe it could help to have an
English version that we can post on planet.qgis.org and use it as a
reference. But do as better for you.
