[Qgis-tr] How to use the QGIS GUI translation file immediately.

thank you all for your answers

@richard,
I did workflow with attention but some strings are non in tm file.
the strange thing is that old translation appear even if it isn't present
in .ts file...

@sveinn
I work in windows and ny only reference is transifex.
I downloaded .ts file from Transifex not from git.
