FOSS4G North America is happening October 23-25th 2023 in Baltimore -

The Call for papers is now open - submit! Right now the 23-25th is a bit 
fluid as the committee gets things nailed down but hopefully we'll be 
having a QGIS meetup of some sort there between the 23rd and 25th.
