[Qgis-user] Writing plugins

[Agustin Lobo]

Could any one suggest a roadmap to
become able of writing qgis python plugins
from scratch? Assume some programming
skills (i.e., being able of writing R functions)
but no previous knowledge of python.
(For example, tell me "you should start
by this
tutorial and try to make this example")
