[Qgis-user] GeoRSS and CSW Plugins Added to Pyqgis Repo

We did discuss this a few times in the recent past. I think the
confusion is over the role. I agree the download/posting of plugins
should occur on the pyqgis site. It however did not meet our need to
have a community based version control under which to collaborate on
plugin development all in one place. Or allow us to even collaborate on
the upload of a given plugin(I believe a fix for this was in the works).

Some sort of workflow to put the sourceforge published plugins into
pyqgis for distribution seems to be the way to go. There shouldn't be
need to go to sourceforge unless you want to muck in the source
code/develop.
