[Qgis-user] tools menu in qgis compiled with MSVC

[sushma H M]

As u said i said pyqt which is downloaded from osgeo4w. But cmake is not
recognizing pyqt. can i know the versions of python,Qt,SIP,pyQt is suitable
for qgis1.0.2. now i am using qt 4.5.2 open source version. Is it ok
