[Qgis-user] Problem with Configure Shortcuts and locales

Hi!

I've found that, despite being selected in the Configure SHortcuts, CTRl++ is
not working with my keyboard,
probably because it's an Spanish keyboard and I have
the locale overridden in Options in order to have
the menu and messages in English (which I must).
Instead of Ctrl++, I have to type Crt+Shft+¿
I think that
the configuration of the keyboard should not be overridden, or
even perhaps offer an option for selecting the keyboard.

Should I fill a ticket for this?
