[Qgis-user] QGis 1.2.0 and OpenStreetMap plugin on Windows

Hi!

Well - I tried that on my WindowsXP right now and you're correct - Data
gets NOT displayed ..
Even the preselected(?) Path to download the osm file to is written in
"*NIX" Notation .. "/tmp/090908_165843_downloaded.osm"
So we can see the differences between windows "C:\" and Unix "/" - jef?
any solution for that?

What happened to the data that should be displayed i cannot tell - I can
just confirm that there should be something and believe me - on my
Ubuntu Box at home - there IS something ;) But that doesn't help here
either .. (Probably you have a non Windows PC somewhere where you can
work on)

Downloading a plugin is NOT necessary any more as the OSM Provider is
now in SVN trunk and gets compiled and is integrated into QGIS so no
need to download anything else.
It seems that theres just something fishy inside OSM with Windows.

Hope that helps you for now
regards
Werner
