[Qgis-user] identify tool do not highlight the polygon

In previous version, when you click on a polygon using the "Identify
features", a red highlight appears showing the identfied polygon.
In 1.3, the red highlight appears only on the first click.  Subsequent
click to other polygon do not show the red highlight.
