[Qgis-user] qgis navigation installation

Hi  to every one this is subhakar,Iam the one of the user of *QGIS 1.4.0
user.*
My problem is i just download the source code of the qgis naviigator  for
the shortestpath analysis
 but i don;t know how to install.
*can any body help me please*
