[Qgis-user] shp2dxf with attributes

Hello List!

I have some Shapefiles and want to convert them into one DXF-File.
Not only the geometry, also the data from the attributetable.
For example:
I have a point-shapefile with the house numbers in the attributetable (the points only references the locations of the Text) and a polygon-shapefile with the houseareas.
I want to display the housenumbers and the areas of the houses.

Is there any way to do this? How?
