[Qgis-user] Is a there a Zonal statistics in Quantum Gis?

Dear friend,

I am trying to migrate to Quantum Gis from ArcGis. ArcGis has a tool called
Zonal statistics in which pixel values of a raster are attributed to
polygons of a vector layer using MEAN, SUM, or whatever. Is there a similar
tool in Quantum Gis?
