Hi Miguel,

Thanks for updating us about gvSIG Mini for Android.

It seems that the emphasis is more on viewing maps from online
mapservers rather on having simple GIS functionability in mobile
devices i.e. data gathering and simple editing of gis files in field
work.

I think everybody is looking (if I am not mistaken) for alternative for ArcPad
http://webhelp.esri.com/arcgisdesktop/9.2/index.cfm?TopicName=An_overview_of_ArcPad

I hope I am mistaken and gvSIG have some edit functionability. Is
gvSIG can edit OSM maps, shapefiles, gps tracks, convert gps tracks to
shapefiles, etc.
