[Qgis-user] Help on SDA4PP plugin

I forget to say that you should also install pywin (python module) in
windows. pywin is required by rpy2.

you can test pywin whether it is loaded or not with "import win32api"

you can find it here: http://sourceforge.net/projects/pywin32/files/
