Hi Rémi,
The qgsAffine plugin computes the affine
transformation<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Affine_transformation>for
a vector layer.
The parameters that comes as default doesn't apply any transformation. So in
your example, you should let the scales as 1.
Only the translation parameters should be set for 56 and 2.
