This is just one layer, appears to be in the

http://prj2epsg.org/epsg/3435

CRS and it is aligning perfectly with other layers, like WMS/WGS84 (try
http://geoposer.com:443/server/services/ve.xml) or Google layers (from
the Openlayers plugin).
