Hi Dan [I already sent this, did you receive it?].
AFAIK there is nothing like Fragstat ready-made in QGIS. You have two routes:
- r.li (GRASS module), not yet implemented in QGIS, you'll need GRASS
- OTB plugin (methods should be added for the analyses you need).
