[Qgis-user] Georeferencing raster

Hi
I've used the georeferencing plugin in QGis 1.7.2 Wroclaw for a Tif image.
I think I've followed the right procedure, indeed I can see the GCP upon the other layers in the right position, but I can't see the map: it seems transparent.
 
Where did I go wrong?
