[Qgis-user] Re: Swap Line Direction

Hi,

I was looking for a way to swap line directions in qgis and ran across this
discussion from earlier this year:

I can not find this plugin in the plugin installer inside qgis.

I found a link to a zip file here:
http://pyqgis.org/manager/python_plugin/list - except that the domain it
points to seems to have succumbed to web-rot.

Can anybody point me in the right direction?
