[Qgis-user] how to overlay kml vector from digitize google earth with tiff raster from screen capture google earth

i am a new user for analize combining versus vector as digitize from path google earth as saving as kml file.
so i want to overlay that justified with screen capture from image that i open in google earth as tiff file. as you know that the  image from google earth as similiar vector using for justified file tiff.

as we know, that file from digitize kml vector GE, not to similiar coordinat, so i want to as similiar coordinat
anybody hep me to how to do it i am very thanks to qgis copr. 

as you know that i lovely qgis since about 2008, so as i know qgis i had to finish argis software used.
