[Qgis-user] Making QGIS Project Directory Independent?

Thanks Ramon, this worked great. I can see us now moving to distribute all of out data through the internet with QGIS project files, particularly since with saved Style files we can easily set up styles and apply them to layers in a project, this makes creating QGIS projects so much easier.

If everything is in a fixed relative position to the project file, then you could set the save paths project property in the general tab to relative. 

Should be ideal for this task.
