[Qgis-user] some errors with Python connected to launching DB Manager and PostGIS Manager

Hi

using qgis 1.8.0 windows 7 64 bit got some weird errors all of a
sudden with DB Manager and PostGIS Manager
my error messages are:

for DB Manager (not runing after error message):
