OTB is Orfeo toolbox

Sextante (that is not just a gvsig module) is not available natively for
QGIS as python plugin, and it works (among the other things) as a
"bridge" for GRASS, SAGA, R, OTB, Lastools, and a number of native QGIS
tools (gdal tools, ftools, mmqgis, etc.)
